Sufficiency of Families is a non=profit organization established in 2003. We are dedicated to the development of individuals going through life changes. We are about restoring self-dignity and self-worth to people who may have given up.

The LOVE and GRACE Project was created out of this commitment. It has helped hundreds of people determined to make changes in their lives and become self-sufficient.

We encourage the "hand up" not "hand out" concept by providing the following assistance to individuals and families who are considered economically challenged or are experiencing the hills of life.

  • Long-term housing in a structured environment and shelter facilities minimum 48 months
  • referrals for childcare
  • referrals for food
  • referrals for employment
  • referrals for social services
  • educational training in life skills
  • referrals for technical training and apprentice training

As an Executive Director with over 15 years of experience in Human Development and the Service industry, one of my primary aspirations has been the advice of Henry Kissinger, "The task of a leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been."

I have 3 beautiful daughters and my wonderful extended family who keep me grounded in continuing faith, love, and peace. I truly believe in Sufficiency of Families. It can be a tremendous catalyst in changing the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community.

I'm very passionate and driven. My greatest strenghts are mentoring, teaching and guiding individuals so they can reach great professional and personal heights. By developing very close relationships with each client we come to understand and intimate details of their status. This allows us to help them find emotional, physical, and financial independence - our ultimate goal.
